The Fischer Medical Technologies Customer Support Team is here to answer your questions about our products, provide you with quotes and place orders on new equipment, and arrange for service on our products that you already own.  A loaner program is available so that your facility doesn’t experience any downtime while your equipment is being serviced.  All Quotations and Sales are accompanied with printed documentation and a copy of all applicable Terms and Conditions related to warranty, shipping, returns and late fees on loaner equipment.

Quotation
The first step in initiating a purchase is to obtain a quotation.  To submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), simply click on the link below, fill out the fields indicated, and click the "Submit" button. You will be contacted by a Customer Support team representative to gather all the information necessary prior to preparing the quotation for the purchase you are considering.

You will receive a printed Sales Quotation based on the information gathered in the step above, as well as a copy of Terms and Conditions applicable to all sales and service transactions.

Place an Order
The printed Sales Quotation you requested from Fischer Medical Technologies will include a Quotation Number, which should be referenced on the Purchase Order you submit when placing an order for the related equipment, service or part.  When submitting a Purchase Order, also be sure to include the Quantity, Item Description, FMTI Part No., and shipping method and cost (refer to Terms and Conditions).  Purchase Orders can be mailed or faxed to:

Requesting Service
Fischer Medical Technologies services and provides replacement parts for all of its products*.   The process is initiated by submitting a Request for Quotation.  You will be contacted by a Customer Support team representative to gather the necessary information and arrange for shipping.  Customer Support will also help to coordinate the delivery and return of loaner equipment, if the situation requires it.  You will be provided with a copy of the Terms and Conditions applicable to all transactions.

* The Bloom DTU-215A is obsolete, and while Fischer Medical Technologies no longer services these machines, they can provide biomeds with most parts.

Terms and Conditions
Please refer to the assigned Quotation Number on all Purchase Orders you submit.  All Purchase Orders should show Net 30 terms stated on this quote. 

F.O.B. DENVER 80241

All quotations (equipment, parts, and repairs & service) are on the basis of the following terms and conditions:

  1. All visible damages and missing items must be reported within 5 days of shipment to be considered under warranty.
  2. No returns will be accepted at Fischer Medical Technologies without permission from Customer Service in advance, and an issued Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Any RA is void after 21 days if not applied and no credit will be given.
  4. All parts sent to Fischer Medical Technologies must be properly packaged.
  5. No credit will be issued if the part is found to be misused or altered.
  6. There is a 90-day warranty from the date of shipment on any parts or repair work.
  7. If the returned part has been exposed to blood or other bodily fluids, it must be prepared for return according to OSHA requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1)(i)(H) . . . (BLOOD BORNE PATHOGENS).  If the returned part does not conform, it will be returned at your expense and no credit issued.

If customer owned Bloom unit is not shipped to Fischer Medical Technologies, Inc. within 4 days of receipt of Fischer Medical Technologies, Inc. Bloom Loaner.

If Fischer Medical Technologies, Inc. Bloom Loaner is not shipped to Fischer Medical Technologies, Inc. within 8 days of customer receipt of the customer owned Bloom repaired unit.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
 
Customer must pay shipping to FMTI.  Customer P.O. must specify shipping from FMTI to customer from the table, below.  Any expedited shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
